Damilare Oguntola is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in management accounting, financial analysis, audit, payroll administration, procurement, and vendor management. His comprehensive experience spans both international organizations and non-profits, where he has managed million-dollar programs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Obafemi Awolowo University. Additionally, he is a Chartered Accountant, certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Damilare’s career includes a notable tenure as the Finance, Investment, and Accounting Supervisor at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), where he successfully led the reconciliation and treasury functions. He has expertise in International Accounting Standards (IAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), grant management, and corporate accounting. Additionally, he has served as a business finance and financial accounting lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Ede and Fidie Polytechnic Gboko, Benue State.
In addition to his financial leadership, Damilare leads the administrative and operations functions within FHSA.
