CHALLENGES OF IMPLEMENTING HACCP PLAN BY FOOD SMEs AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Small and medium food enterprises (SMEs) tend to have a poor understanding and limited adoption of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system (HACCP). In consideration of the booming development of the food small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and increasing number of food poisoning incidents, there is need for the implementation of HACCP plan in food processes and facilities. Challenges of implementing HACCP plan by food small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and the possible solutions was addressed in this article.
